Here is a video of one of the nastiest wounds i have ever seen in my life. This wound has maggots inside of it and the doctor is picking them out. That has to be one of the nastiest things I have seen in a long time. However on the awesomeness scale of baby barf to vomiting chunks (1-10) i have to give it a Vomiting chunks (10) for the nastiness that has made me lose my appetite for the next few days.
